How long does delivery take?
Postcards typically arrive within 5-7 business days after being sent. We print and ship within 1-2 business days, and USPS handles the rest.
What size are the postcards?
We print standard 4×6 inch postcards on premium cardstock. Your photo fills the front, and your message appears on the back.
Can I send postcards internationally?
Currently, we only support delivery within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Account tab in the app. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
What if my postcard doesn't arrive?
If your postcard hasn't arrived within 14 business days, contact us at support@trypostie.com and we'll investigate. We'll resend or refund if the postcard was lost.
How do I request someone's address?
When you select a contact without an address, you can send them an address request via text or email. They'll receive a link to securely submit their mailing address.
