Effective date: May 5, 2026
This agreement is between Ready Get LLC d/b/a Postie ("Postie," "we," "us") and you. It explains the basic terms for Postie's gifted creator packs. By accepting a Postie creator pack, using a Postie creator code, or posting creator content about Postie in connection with that pack, you agree to these terms.
1. What Postie provides
Postie may provide you with a gifted creator pack that can include:
- a free Annual subscription or four weeks on the Weekly plan;
- 10 prepaid postcards;
- a creator code or creator link;
- a welcome note or other small creator materials.
We'll confirm your specific pack by email or DM.
2. Program expectation
Our program expectation is one honest story or reel within 30 days if Postie is a genuine fit for your audience. That is an ask, not a script. We do not require pre-approval, minimum sales, minimum clicks, minimum views, or positive-only coverage.
3. If you post, disclose clearly
If you post about Postie in connection with free product, credits, a creator code, or any future compensation, you agree to make your relationship to Postie clear and hard to miss.
Use plain disclosures such as gifted by Postie, #ad, or #gift in the post itself. If you use #postiepartner, pair it with a clear disclosure rather than using it by itself. When practical on the platform, tag @trypostie.
You are responsible for following the FTC Endorsement Guides and any platform disclosure tools or branded-content labels that apply.
4. No script; your real opinion only
We will not give you a script or require you to say something you do not believe. If you choose to talk about Postie, you agree to describe your real experience and not make factual claims about features, pricing, delivery, or results that are false, misleading, or unsupported.
5. Creator code and credit terms
Phase 1 creator codes use Postie's current referral mechanic:
- when a new customer uses your code and starts their first paid Annual or Weekly plan, that customer gets
+3free postcards and you get+3free postcards; - the credit mechanic is promotional, non-cash, and subject to Postie's anti-abuse and referral controls;
- your creator code may be a vanity code or a fallback manual code, depending on rollout status.
6. Cash payouts are not live in Phase 1
This agreement does not promise cash compensation, revenue share, or commission payments.
If Postie later adds cash payouts or other creator compensation for top-performing creators, those terms will be handled in a separate addendum or updated agreement. Your code may stay the same, but the payout terms do not turn on automatically under this Phase 1 agreement.
7. Opt-out
You can opt out of the creator program at any time by emailing hello@trypostie.com.
If you opt out, we may deactivate your creator code and stop using it in future creator-program materials. Unless we separately agree otherwise, you do not owe reimbursement for a gifted pack already sent.
8. No employment or exclusivity
This creator program does not make you an employee, contractor, agent, or representative of Postie, and it does not create an exclusive relationship. You control whether, when, and how you post, subject to the disclosure and truthfulness requirements above.
9. Changes or misuse
We may pause or deactivate a creator code if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, missing disclosure, impersonation, or material misuse of the program. If we make a material change to these terms, we will publish the updated version at this URL before applying it prospectively.
