By using Postie, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Postie provides a mobile application that allows users to create and send physical postcards from digital photos. We print and mail postcards through our printing partner to addresses within the United States.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate recipient addresses
• Only send content you have the right to use
• Not send illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Not use the service for spam or harassment
• Maintain the security of your account

Content Guidelines

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to print and mail your content as postcards. We reserve the right to refuse to print content that violates our guidelines or applicable law.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or quarterly based on your plan
• Unused postcards do not roll over to the next billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided at our discretion

Delivery

We use USPS for delivery. While we provide tracking information, we cannot guarantee delivery times or be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage during postal transit.

Limitation of Liability

Postie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
